We’re excited to announce our new partnership with PLAYHQ, which means it’s time to set up your new registration accounts linked to your previous ones. For our Under 18 members, a Respect in Sport certificate is required per family to complete registration (Respect in Sport for Parents - Getting Started)—let’s uphold our commitment to safety and respect!
This year, we’re offering two great fee options: one with a volunteering commitment and one without, so you can choose what works best for you. Be sure to read all the details, and for any junior-related questions, contact Stacey, or for senior inquiries, reach out to Jody.
We also offer convenient online payment plans and vouchers for families with multiple members under one roof—just ask Stacey!
Your participation is vital to our club’s success, and we can’t wait to see you on the field. Each junior family is to assist at the clubhouse during various events, high school tournaments, the Qualico Clean-up, Friday junior events, and Saturday festivals, contributing approximately 10–14 hours of volunteering (not including your one major event). Families are also encouraged to take part in fundraising events to help cover seasonal expenses. If preferred, a $125.00 buyout option is available during registration, exempting your family from volunteer and fundraising duties. Contact Stacey if you wish to opt for the buyout and have more than one participant to receive the necessary code.

BIRTH YEARS: 2021-2023 Under-5 Rookie Rugby: Introduction to Sport Training on Friday evenings at 6:15 PM. Optional Edmonton Rugby Union training on Saturday mornings at various rugby clubs in the Edmonton area. Each junior family is asked to assist at the clubhouse for multiple functions, e.g., high school tournaments, Qualico Community Clean up, and Friday night junior events.
Full club membership. This membership allows you to play rugby for the Druids, and also includes insurance against injuries sustained in matches or training, accidental death & dismemberment, and excess accident medical coverage. As a member, you will also have access to the property outside of scheduled rugby program activities, providing the fields are open.

SEASON STARTS AFTER THE HIGHSCHOOL SEASON ENDS - MID JUNE IS WHEN WE WILL KICK OFF THIS PROGRAM.
BIRTH YEARS: 2008-2009 Under 18 LADS and LADIES Contact Rugby Program, Training on Friday evenings at 630 PM. (A second date will be added by the Coaches on TEAMSNAP) .The Games are at various rugby clubs in the Edmonton area on weeknights. Each junior family is asked to assist at the clubhouse for multiple functions, such as high school tournaments, Qualico Community Clean up, and Friday junior events.

BIRTH YEARS: 2017-2018 Under-9 Flag Rookie Rugby:

2011 year athletes will have the choice to continue after the Under15 season and join the Under 16 program for July and August to prepare for high school rugby and gain experience before grade 10.
