REGISTRATION AND
CLUB FEE INFORMATION
Get ready for an exciting and incredible 2026 season ahead!
We are absolutely thrilled to share the news of our new partnership with PLAYHQ, which brings about an important step for all our members: it’s time to set up your new registration accounts, which will be linked to your previous ones. For our valued Under 18 members, please note that a Respect in Sport certificate is required for each family in order to complete the registration process (you can find more details in Respect in Sport for - Getting Started). Let’s continue to uphold our strong commitment to safety and respect within our community! This year, we are pleased to present two fantastic fee options for you to choose from: one option requires a volunteering commitment, while the other does not. This way, you can select the option that works best for the family’s needs and circumstances. We encourage you to read through all the details carefully, and if you have any questions regarding junior registrations, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Stacey. For any inquiries related to seniors, feel free to contact Jody. Additionally, we are happy to offer convenient payment plans and vouchers available for families with multiple members living under one roof—just ask Stacey for more information! Your participation is absolutely vital to the success of our club, and we genuinely cannot wait to see all out on the field this season. Each junior family is expected to assist at the clubhouse during various events, including high school tournaments, the Qualico Clean-up, Friday junior events, and Saturday festivals. This contribution typically involves approximately 10 to 14 hours of volunteering (not including your one major event We also encourage families to participate in fundraising events to help us cover seasonal expenses. If you prefer, a buyout of $125.00 is available during registration, which will exempt your family from volunteer fundraising obligations. If you have more than one participant and wish to use the buyout option, please contact Stacey to receive the necessary code. For any assistance or questions you may have, Junior Registrar Stacey can be reached at (780) 953-0289 or via email at junior.registration@druidsrfc.com. Senior Registrar Jody Virr is available at (780) 9108197 or at registration@druidsrfc.com. We look forward to a fantastic season together!
