Call for Volunteers, all that’s missing is you.

Our club is run entirely by volunteers and by registering yourself, or a member of your family, you are joining our group of dedicated people who take pride in the quality of our clubhouse, our grounds, our programs.

​

Volunteers are a vital part of our rugby community and as a club we absolutely appreciate their efforts and do what we can to support them. Every club relies on the helpers behind the scenes to keep the club ticking along.

WE NEED YOU!

​

Volunteering for the rugby programs:

• Team Managers — help coaches to manage team lists/events

• Learn to coach

• Parent Volunteers — to help coaches with drills and organization at training sessions

 

Student Volunteers:

​

If you are in grades 9-12 you can help with events at the club to earn volunteers’ hours. At the end of the season students receive an official letter with their total hours volunteered within the year.

 

Volunteer opportunities for you:

​

• Social events —help to organize parties/fundraisers

• Larger scale events – Golf Tournament, Gala Evenings

• Facilities cleaning and maintenance

• Grounds/field maintenance

• Facility – Bar servers, Kitchen Hands, club booking coordinator

• Communication – Social Media, Website and Digital Work

• Special Projects, construction and much more!
